Support optionsAll websites need maintaining, in particular those that are built in content management software. Regular software updates are required in order to ensure that you are running the latest software that works in all of the latest browsers (as well as the old).

Whilst support packages are optional, your consultant will advise you on what is appropriate for your site from the following options:

Priority Updates. You can purchase hours on an ad-hoc basis in advance. This gives you a priority scheduling position within 5 working days for your update.

One Off Updates. These are charged on an hourly basis with a half hour being the minimum requirement. You can book and pay for these on-line once your consultant has given you an estimate of the time it will take for your update. The typical lead-time for updates of this nature is 2 weeks (although you may be quoted more or less depending on the time involved.

Annual Packages. Where you require regular updates and want your content management software kept up to date with all of the latest releases, as well as a priority scheduling, we will offer you an annual support package.

TrainingBoth onsite, and virtual training can be arranged. All our clients are registered and have access to our support network. This is a comprehensive client area that includes the following tools:

• Training manuals and videos
• Support ticket system for logging help requests
• Details of your account
• Tips and tricks - all the latest gadgets to help you market and maintain your site

Depending on the complexity of your website you may require training that covers either company specfic or generic training for one or more staff. We can let you have a price for any of your requirements in this area, including providing a customised training manual for your site.

Our hostingAll websites that we create come with expert hosting packages for the content management system that we create for you. Our live servers are hosted by state of the art data centers and unlike most web hosting your site and data is backed up daily. We have 99.9% uptime and 24/7 network monitoring.

• Control panel. You will be provided with a control panel that includes web stats, video tutorials, email controls, file manager (you can upload files and use your server area as a backup for your computer).  You can take a local backup of your site at any time via the control panel.
• Hosting packages. Our packages start at £50 per annum + VAT and are extremely competitively priced. All new sites come with a free 1 year hosting package. When you receive a quote from us we will let you know what hosting and support options are available, and recommend the most suitable package for you.  All hosting packages include a daily backup of your entire account including emails.
• Maintenance.  We will carry out any essential maintenance and keep your content management software up to date as part of your hosting package.
