Support Options. All
websites need maintaining, in particular those that are built in
content management software. Regular software updates are required in
order to ensure that you are running the latest software that works in
all of the latest browsers (as well as the old).
Whilst support packages are optional, your consultant will advise you
on what is appropriate for your site from the following options:
| Priority Updates |

You
can purchase hours on an ad-hoc basis in advance. This gives you a
priority scheduling position within 5 working days for your update. |
| One Off Updates |
|
These
are charged on an hourly basis with a half hour being the minimum
requirement. You can book and pay for these on-line once your
consultant has given you an estimate of the time it will take for your
update. The typical lead-time for updates of this nature is 2 weeks
(although you may be quoted more or less depending on the time
involved. |
Annual Packages

Where
you require regular updates and want your content management software
kept up to date with all of the latest releases, as well as a priority
scheduling, we will offer you an annual support package. |
